Orthopaedic rehab in Stellenbosch
After a sprain, fracture or a joint that still does not feel like yours — we rebuild the motion and strength the injury took with it.

Orthopaedic rehab here is not a sheet of generic stretches. The first session is a look at how the joint actually loads when you walk, reach, sit and stand — then a programme that starts where you are, not where a protocol says you should be.
People arrive after a fall on the mountain, a twisted ankle on the farm, or months of a shoulder that never quite settled. The work is progressive: restore range, load the tissue, then put the movement back into the life you want.

Before you book
- How soon after an injury should I start biokinetics?
- Once acute swelling and medical clearance allow it — often sooner than people expect. Early, well-dosed movement usually beats waiting until it “feels fine”.
- Do I need a scan before I book?
- No. Bring whatever you already have. If imaging would change the plan, that is a conversation after the assessment, not a barrier to starting.
