One-on-one biokinetics · 45 minutes · Die Boord

Strength and conditioning in Stellenbosch

Coached, progressive strength prescribed by a biokineticist — for sport, work and everyday life, including juniors working on the one weakness that holds them back.

Strength training space in the Die Boord biokinetics practice

Not everyone who walks in is injured. Some people want to be stronger, more durable, less guesswork in the gym. That is still biokinetics: assessment, a reason for every lift, and a progression when it gets easy.

Juniors and competing athletes use the same room. If a single weakness is leaking performance, we isolate it, load it, and put it back into the sport.

Before you book

Is this personal training?
No. It is exercise prescribed by a registered biokineticist, with the assessment and clinical reasoning that go with that. The sessions can still feel like good, hard training.
Can teenagers train here?
Yes. Programmes are scaled to age, sport and growth, not copied from an adult template.
