Pre and post natal exercise in Stellenbosch

Safe movement through pregnancy, then a patient rebuild after birth — always in step with your doctor or midwife.

Quiet treatment room for one-on-one pre- and post-natal sessions

Pregnancy changes how you load, breathe and hold yourself. The work here is to keep you moving without pretending nothing has changed — pelvic floor, deep core, hips, and the back that now carries extra weight.

After birth we wait for your check, then rebuild. Diastasis, wrist ache from feeding, the first walk that felt too far: all of that belongs in the plan, not in a “bounce back” timeline.

What we work toward

  • Improved pregnancy comfort
  • Birth preparation
  • Faster post-birth recovery
  • Core restoration

Before you book

How far into pregnancy can I train?
As long as you and your maternity team are happy. The programme changes with the trimester; we do not chase old PBs.
When can I start after birth?
After your six-week check, unless your doctor or midwife says otherwise. Earlier contact is fine if you want to talk through what to expect.
